Falls Laser Manufacturing provides quality custom design and manufacturing services for customers worldwide. We specialize in wood, acrylic, and textile laser and hydraulic die cutting services, as well as engraving and etching services for virtually any material including metals and glass. Falls Laser can operate multiple large-format laser cutting and engraving tables and multiple hydraulic presses simultaneously for larger production needs. Falls Laser also has a complete in-house wood shop, industrial sewing, heat stamp, and roll coat adhesive capability for diverse custom project needs. Upholstery and Foam Cutting
With our rolling-bed laser cutter, we also specialize in soft textile, foam sheet, and fabric cutting. If you have a project that requires any sort of repeated pattern or bulk shape cutting, we can rapidly cut your patterns with precision and cost efficiency. We can laser cut up to 3/4in foam and fabrics off sheets, bolts, or large bulk rolls, and can die cut much thicker textiles as needed. Quilters who need fast fabric shape cutting are also welcome!
